Four-time defending PIAA Class A champion Clairton won its 64th consecutive game, defeating visiting Chartiers-Houston 35-0 in a Black Hills Conference opener.

The Bears led 23-0 after one quarter as JoJuan Bray scored a pair of touchdowns, catching a 30-yard pass from Aaron Matthews and getting into the end zone on a 22-yard run.

Matthews also threw a 30-yard TD pass to Ryan Williams in the first quarter, then scored on a 30-yard pass of his own from Lamont Wade.

C-H quarterback Kaleb Susko completed seven of 16 passes for 63 yards. Miles Williams had five receptions for 59 yards. Spencer Terling was the Bucs’ leading rusher with 33 yards on 14 carries.
