Solomon Chishko and Dalton Macri, both from Canon-McMillan High School, placed in their respective weight classes at the Ironman Wrestling Tournament Saturday at Walsh Jesuit High School.

Chishko, a defending state champion from Canon-McMillan High School, placed sixth at 145 pounds. Chishko, a senior headed to Virginia Tech next fall, lost in the semifinals to Micah Jordan of Graham St. Paris High School in Ohio 7-1. Jordan is a three-time Ohio state champion and is headed to Ohio State next fall. Chishko then forfeited the consolation finals bouts because of a sore knee. It was not considered serious.

Macri, a senior state runner-up last season, won a 9-7 decision over Dom Forys of North Allegheny in the 126-pound third-place match.

Freshman Spencer Lee of Franklin Regional easily won his 113-pound weight class, dominating Anthony Bosco of Marmion Academy in Illinois, 10-0, in the finals.
