Paige Pristas’ second goal, with two minutes remaining in overtime, lifted Norwin over Peters Township, 2-1, in a non-section match.

Erin Helbig scored for the Indians (13-4-1). Norwin is now 14-1-2.

• Hale Fedrick and Kyra Watkins accounted for all the goals in Charleroi’s 7-1 victory over Beth-Center in a Section 2-A match.

Fedrick scored four times and Watkins three for the Cougars (10-1-1, 12-2-2). Chelsea Anderson added an assist.

Shayne Finley scored the goal for B-C (2-10, 3-11).

• Madison Burgdolt’s score on a penalty kick accounted for the lone goal as McGuffey edged Trinity, 1-0, in a non-section match.

Katie Demi earned the shutout.

• Samantha Bryan and Ashlyn Whipple scored goals as Canon-McMillan defeated Belle Vernon, 2-1, in a non-section match.

CM is now 12-3-3. Belle Vernon falls to 12-5-1.

Josh Kruczek had a hat trick to lead Canon-McMillan past South Fayette, 4-1, in a non-section match. Jake Wilcox had the other goal for C-M (14-2-2). South Fayette fell to 14-2-2.

Peters Township advanced to the semifinals of the WPIAL Class AAA Team Tournament with a 3-2 victory over Keystone Oaks Monday. The win moves the Indians’s record to 19-1 for the season.

Peters Township will play Shady Side Academy at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Keystone Oaks.
