Frazier knocks Mapletown out of playoff race

MAPLETOWN – Nick Smalick rushed for 119 yard and scored three touchdowns to help Frazier down Mapletown 54-27 Friday night and finish in third place in the Tri-County South Conference.

Charles Manack completed 12 of 21 passes for 180 yards and two touchdowns. Nate Zurich had 6 receptions for 108 yards and a score for the Commodores (6-2, 7-2).

Derrick Riggleman scored three touchdowns for the Maples (4-4, 5-4) by returning a kickoff 84 yards, an interception 65 yards and catching a pass from 20 yards. The loss dropped Mapletown out of playoff contention.
