Ground game enables Bethel Park to pull away from C-M

CANONSBURG – Alex Minton and Zach Enick each rushed for more than 100 yards and Danny Emma returned a punt 90 yards Friday night as Bethel Park shut out Canon-McMillan 31-0 in a Southeastern Conference game.

Minton ran for 105 yards, including a 25-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter, and caught a 9-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Levi Metheny in the second quarter.

Enick added 130 yards on 14 carries and had a 5-yard touchdown run.

Kicker Danny Christenson booted a 35-yard field goal and converted four extra points.
