W&J scored its lone run in the fifth inning, following a 30-minute delay because of lightning. Madison Rotto singled to center, Jen Bahm singled Rotto to second, and Breanna Gleason got an infield single to load the bases. Rotto scored when Kelsey Cunningham, a graduate of Peters Township High School, grounded into a fielder’s choice.

Krista McCartney allowed seven runs, five earned, in four innings and fell to 12-4.
