Riverview shuts down Carmichaels in 35-0 win

RIVERVIEW – Nasan Tibbens had 264 yards and three touchdowns on 19 carries, as Riverview picked up its first win of the high school football season Saturday at the expense of Carmichaels, beating the Mikes, 35-0.

Tibbens scored on runs of 54, 28 and 63 yards for Riverview (1-2), which limited the Mikes (1-2) to three first downs and 83 total yards in the game.

Tyler Nigro and Ray Robar also scored for Riverview, which led 21-0 after one quarter.
