Canon-Mac wins team title at Cumberland Valley

Canon-McMillan had three champions and nine medalists in winning the Cumberland Valley wrestling tournament Saturday.

Junior Blaze Kansco won the 170-pound title, Tommy James took gold at 182 and Brendan Furman captured the heavyweight title.

Logan Macri (113) and Matt Oblock (126) each took silver medals as the Big Macs accumulated 182 points, seven more than Council Rock South. Easton (174.5) was third, Pennridge (152) was fourth and Cumberland Valley (145.5) fifth.

Michael Binni (106) was fourth, Micah Kusturiss (152) and David Ainscough (220) fifth and Nick Konyk (195) sixth.
