McKINNEY, Texas – Nadia Taylor’s two-out single in the bottom of the ninth inning drove in Angie Quiocho with the winning run in the Dallas Charge’s 6-5 victory over the Pennsylvania Rebellion Friday night.

The Charge scored the final four runs of the game after trailing 5-2 through three innings. It was the second time in as many nights that Dallas had a walk-off victory against the Rebellion.

Yuri Masayama and Haruna Sakamota, two first-year players from Japan, combined to produce five runs for the Rebellion (5-11).

Sakamota scored the second run in a four-run second for the Rebellion. Brittney Lindley singled her in and came around to score with Mandy Ogle on a triple by Masayama. Sakamota hit a solo home run in the third to make it 5-2.

Rebellion starter Dagmar Bloeming did not get out of the second inning. She allowed two runs in the first and had two on in the second when Allyson Fournier came in. Fournier gave up two runs in the fourth on a two-run homer by Quiocho.

Emily Weiman replaced Fournier and gave up a solo home run to Brianna Cherry in the bottom of the sixth that tied the game, 3-3.
