COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State’s compliance office is investigating whether quarterback Braxton Miller broke any NCAA rules when he posed for a picture on social media with health-care and nutritional products.

Miller was pictured on Instagram Tuesday night with products from AdvoCare.

Miller is a graduate student who started three seasons for the Buckeyes but missed all of the Buckeyes’ championship season last year after shoulder surgery. He is expected to play this fall after rehabbing through spring workouts.

Student-athletes are permitted to hold jobs outside of school but they cannot use their status with a college team to sell products.
