Frazier rolls over Avella

AVELLA – Frazier began the season with a dominating performance on the road, winning 52-0 over Avella Friday in the Tri-County South Conference.

A 35-point second quarter, led by three touchdowns from Hunter Patterson – a 63-yard punt return, 56-yard run and 50-yard pass to Damon Lovis as the half expired – gave Frazier a 42-0 halftime lead.

Frazier’s Caleb Cox caught a 10-yard touchdown pass, returned an interception 25 yards for a score, a kicked 31-yard field goal.
