Boys basketball: C-H wins in Disney World
Cam Hanley scored 18 points, had nine rebounds and six assists to help Chartiers-Houston to a 62-55 victory over South Beauregard, La., in the KSA Tournament in Disney World.
A.J. Myers tossed in 15 points and Andrew Clark 13 for the Bucs (3-2), who outscored South Beauregard, 25-20, in the fourth quarter to ice the game.
Mike Blackwell scored a game-high 21 points for South Beauregard (5-2).
Greensburg Central Catholic 58, Washington 55: Neil McDermott led four scorers in double digits with 15 points as Greensburg Central Catholic edged Washington, 58-55, in a non-section game.
Dom Eisman and Jack Liberatore had 14 points each, while Ben Hertzog scored 13 for GCC (3-0), which took its final lead with just over one minute to play.
Matt Popeck led Washington (0-1) with 26 points. The Prexies were just 4-11 from the foul line.
McGuffey 47, Fort Cherry 38: Trent Belleville registered his fourth straight double-double to send McGuffey to a 46-38 victory over Fort Cherry in a non-section game.
Belleville scored 12 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for the Highlanders (4-0), who outscored the Rangers 15-6 over the final quarter to put the game away. Colin Chapman scored a game-high 22 points.
Ryhan Culberson scored 17 points and Devon Brown 10 for the Rangers (2-2).

Joey Koroly led the Hillers (2-2) with 16 points.
Peters Township 67, Bethel Park 53: Mike Cortese led a balanced scoring attack to help Peters Township to a 67-53 win over Bethel Park in a Section 2 game in Class 6-A.
Conor Pederson scored 12 and Jake Cortese chipped in 10 for PT (1-0, 4-0), which led 58-35 after three quarters.
Justin Meis led Bethel Park (0-1, 2-2) with 14 points.
California 55, Yough 30: Kass Taylor scored 18 points as California stopped Yough 55-30 in a non-section game.
Johnny DeFranco scored 15 for the Trojans, who led by as many as 33 in the second half.
Yough was paced by John McClaren’s 20 points.
