Mt. Lebanon downs Peters Township

McMURRAY – Sean Loughran and Mark Lamendola scored 11 of Mt. Lebanon’s 20 points in the third quarter as the Blue Devils pushed ahead by 12 points coming out of the first half and defeated Peters Township, 52-36, in a Section 4-AAAA high school boys basketball game Friday night.

Loughran scored 20 points and Lamendola had 17 for the Blue Devils (6-4, 9-9), who have now won their past five games.

Nick Valentic had 12 points for the Indians (5-5, 10-6) who have lost their past three games.
