Beth-Center falls to top-seeded Steel Valley

MUNHALL – Ryan Harper threw for 142 yards and three touchdowns as top-seeded Steel Valley defeated Beth-Center, 51-14, in a Class AA playoff game Friday night.

Pitt recruit Paris Ford caught one of the touchdown passes and also had a four-yard TD run for Steel Valley (10-0), which also got two touchdown runs from DeWayne Murray.

Beth-CenteR (3-7) got a five-yard touchdown run from Devin Dingle and a 10-yard scoring run from Dominic Fundy, both coming in the fourth quarter.

Steel Valley advances to face Laurel next Friday.
