Pettit’s 240 yards, three TDs lead West Greene past Leechburg

LEECHBURG – Zach Pettit had 240 rushing yards and scored three touchdowns on 16 carries, including a 90-yard scoring run in the fourth quarter to put the game away, as West Greene defeated Leechburg, 26-14, Friday night in a non-conference game Friday night.

Ben Jackson added a 68-yard fumble return for and Pioneers, who have won two of their past three games to improve to 2-5 overall.

Cory Nulph had 20 carries for 110 yards and a touchdown to lead Leechburg (0-7).
