Culberson, Fort Cherry beat Jefferson-Morgan

McDONALD – Ryhan Culberson rushed for 115 yards and three touchdowns on only five carries and Fort Cherry scored all its points in the first half as the Rangers rolled to a 42-14 victory over visiting Jefferson-Morgan in a Tri-County South Conference game Friday night at Jim Garry Stadium.

Fort Cherry (6-1, 8-1) finishes as the runner-up in the conference and will host a Class A playoff game next week.

Culberson opened the scoring with a 28-yard run, added a 12-yarder later in the first quarter and a 74-yard scamper that made it 42-0.

Scott Miller had a 41-yard touchdown run in the first quarter, Nick Rogers a 33-yard score and Devon Brown caught a nine-yard TD pass from Brady Whalen.

Jefferson-Morgan (1-6, 1-9) scored in the second half on short TD runs by Brennan Kozich and Jake Broadwater.
