Trinity hires baseball coach

The Trinity School Board hired Shawn Allen as varsity baseball coach at Thursday night’s meeting. Allen was a varsity assistant coach for the Hillers.

The board opened the position in June. Matt McCartney held the job the past two seasons and had an 11-23 record. Trinity was 6-12 last season, including a 2-8 mark in Section 3-AAA.
