JEANETTE – Robert Kennedy threw two touchdown passes and returned an interception 42 yards for a score as undefeated Jeannette, the top-ranked team in Class A, rolled to a 47-0 nonconference victory over Mapletown Friday night.

Jeannette (9-0) led 27-0 after one quarter and 40-0 at halftime. The Jayhawks held Mapletown (2-7) to two first downs. The Maples again played for the second consecutive week without running back Dylan Rush, who was second in the WPIAL in rushing entering the weekend.
