YORK RUN – Senior running back Brenden Small ran for 116 yards on 21 carries and a touchdown for Ringgold en route to a 17-8 win over Albert Gallatin in the Big Nine Conference Friday night.

The first half of the game featured little offense, with the only score being a Jackson O’Connor 37-yard field goal for Ringgold (1-1, 1-1).

The Rams found their offense at halftime and ran for two 3-yard touchdowns in third quarter. Small rushed for the first score and Bo Haines had the other.

Albert Gallatin (0-2, 0-2) scored in the fourth quarter on a Patten Fabryki 36-yard pass to Nate Bricker.
