Culberson directs Fort Cherry past Monessen

McDONALD – Fort Cherry quarterback Ryhan Culberson accounted for 375 total yards and scored twice as Fort Cherry downed Monessen 33-6 in a Tri-County South Conference game Friday night at Jim garry Stadium.

Culberson passed for 116 yards (7 for 13) and ran for 259 for the Rangers (1-1, 2-1). Fort Cherry running back Zach Vincenti rushed for 133 yards and scored twice and Joe Anderson had 7 tackles and 3 quarterback sacks to lead the Rangers’ defense, which surrendered only a first-quarter touchdown.

Fort Cherry led 14-6 at halftime and Culberson opened the second-half scoring with an 80-yard touchdown run.
