Many happy returns for Aliquippa against Waynesburg

WAYNESBURG — A.J. Devonshire returned three punts for touchdowns to help Aliquippa rout Waynesburg, 55-0, in a Class 3A Tri-County West Conference game Friday night.

Devonshire’s returns were from 64, 51 and 62 yards and he scored on a 28-yard run, all in the first half for the Quips (1-0, 2-0). Avante McKenzie scored on runs of 2 and 28 yards.

Waynesburg fell to 0-1 and 1-1.
