Carmichaels blanks Brownsville

REPUBLIC — Bailey Jones and Kevin Kelly each scored two touchdowns as Carmichaels defeated Brownsville, 26-0, in the Class 2A Century Conference finale on Friday night.

Jones scored on runs of 2 and 9 yards for the Mikes (3-4, 4-5). Kelly went over from 9 and 25 yards as the Mikes end the season on a three-game winning streak. Kelly rushed for 168 yards and Kelly had 120.

Danny Grant had 132 total yards as Brownsville ended the season at 1-6 and 1-8.
