Special teams key in Charleroi win

CHARLEROI — Brayden Mihalcin ran for 109 yards and Legend Davis had two long punt returns, including one of 38 yards for a score, as Charleroi defeated Beth-Center, 27-8, Friday night.

The win keeps Charleroi (3-1, 4-1) one game out of first place in the Interstate Conference and in position to garner one of the four playoff spots out of the conference.

Andrew Bower passed for 149 yards for Beth-Center (0-5, 0-6).
