WIMBLEDON — Two up, two down.

Alison Riske, a McMurray native now living in Atlanta, disposed of her second straight opponent at Wimbledon Wednesday, defeating Maja Chwalinska of Poland, 6-3, 1-6, 6-0.

Riske, who is ranked 28th in women’s single, moves on to the third round, where she will play Marie Bouskova of the Czech Republic Friday.

Riske led in almost every important category against Chwalinska, including aces (3-0), double faults (0-3) and 12 straight games in a row.
