Wash High rolls over Charleroi

CHARLEROI — Washington had 408 yards rushing and its defense pitched a shutout in a 67-0 victory on Friday in Class 2A Century Conference play at Myron Pottios Stadium.

The Prexies’ Eddie Lewis rushed for 166 and scored three touchdowns. Teammate Tristan Reed was 4 of 9 for 100 yards and one touchdown.

Zxavian Willis caught a 29-yard touchdown reception from Reed in the first quarter and Bodie Cumer made the second of seven PATs for a 13-0 lead.

Treshawn Porter scored on runs of 1 and 2 yards. Cayden Cook had a 5-yard touchdown run and James Carter scored on runs of 4 and 24 yards.

Wash High improved to 4-0 in conference play and 8-0 overall.
