ELLSWORTH — Billy Whitlatch rushed for 242 yards and scored three touchdowns in West Greene’s 39-6 victory Friday in Class A Tri-County South Conference play at Bentworth.

Johnny Lampe caught two touchdown passes from Lane Allison, who was 4-for-8 for 87 yards and 3 touchdowns. Lampe had 73 yards on 10 carries, as the Pioneers were playing without senior tailback Colin Brady, who went down in last week’s game with a high-ankle sprain.

Cooper Chambers pulled in a 27-yard touchdown reception from Allison.

Vitali Daniels threw a 54-yard touchdown pass to Anthony Washington in the fourth quarter.

West Greene improved to 2-0 in conference play and 4-1 overall, while the Bearcats fell to 1-1 in conference and 2-3 overall.
