Two charged after police seize drug stash in Coal Center

Charges were filed Tuesday against a Washington County woman and a Pittsburgh man after police responded Oct. 11 to a report of a person with a rifle on a roof in Coal Center and instead found hundreds of stamped bags of heroin and other drugs.Loretta Huntington, 41, of 118 Spring St., Coal Center, and Ramon Cammack, 34, of 5518 Beverly Place, Pittsburgh, were both charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture or deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, court records show. Cammack is also charged with an additional drug law violations.According to Southwest Regional police, officers arrived at a Coal Center residence at 5 p.m. Oct. 11 in response to a report of an individual with a rifle on the roof. The weapon was later determined to be a pellet gun. After further investigation, police seized approximately 500 stamped bags of heroin, $2,980 in cash, marijuana, prescription pills and additional drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed with the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis and warrants have been issue for the arrests of Huntington and Cammack.
