Theft charge: Travis Hallam, 18, of Washington, will be charged with theft this week by state police. He is accused of stealing a bottle of prescription medication from Allison W. Martin, 183 Gorby Road, Buffalo, while a guest at her home last month. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Ethan Ward.
Underage drinking: Stuart Spencer, 19, of Waynesburg, Zachariah Alan Gobbel, 20, of McKeesport, and Bradley Alan Parker Jr., 20, of New Castle, were charged by state police in Waynesburg with underage drinking. The three were found about 2:30 a.m. Saturday allegedly under the influence of alcohol at Oakmont Cemetery, Route 19, Franklin, Greene County.
Door damaged: Alfredo Ambriz, 303 E. Grant St., Houston, told state police Thursday that vandals kicked the strike plate on the door of his home, damaging it.
