Ruthann Garry, 86, of Finleyville, died Thursday, January 3, 2013, in Donnell House, Washington.

She was born June 25, 1926, in Snowden, a daughter of Edward and Clara Schneltzer Williams.

Mrs. Garry was a homemaker and a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Finleyville.

Surviving are three sons, Edward A. Garry and wife Patricia of Finleyville, David Garry and wife Diane of New Eagle and Greg Garry and wife Sherrie of Monongahela; a daughter, Patricia Garry and husband Barry Sochoka of Monongahela; three brothers, Edward “Bud” Williams of Jefferson Borough, Richard Williams of Pleasant Hills and Henry Williams of Mt. Morris; a sister, Gladys Luznar of Broughton; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Her husband, Edward B. Garry, died in 1975.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no public visitation.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, January 7, in St. Francis of Assisi Church, with the Rev. Robert J. Boyle as celebrant. Private internment will follow in Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Peters Township.

Memorial contributions can be made to St. Francis of Assisi Building Fund, 3609 Washington Avenue, Finleyville, PA 15332.

Arrangements are under the direction of Kegel Funeral Home Inc., Tim P. Kegel, supervisor, Finleyville.
