Numerous people appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Joshua J. Fields, 20, of 950 Addison St., Washington; robbery; charged Oct. 24; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail with work release.
Carmen L. Thompson, 51, of 1294 Duncan Ave., Apt. C16, Washington; theft; charged March 29; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Jules W. Redman, 47, of 582 Purdy Road, Burgettstown; simple assault, criminal attempt; charged Sept. 19; sentence – 2 to 12 months in jail, restitution to be determined, anger management, banned from Washington Rides, no contact with victim.
David E. Glendenning, 40, of 601 Park Ave., Washington; resisting arrest; charged May 30, 2012; sentence – 18 months of probation.
John A. Tabron, 42, of 136 Fallowfield St., Charleroi; driving with a suspended license, false identification; charged Jan. 14; sentence – 60 days in jail with work release, 12 months of probation, $500 fine.
Nicholas R. Lang, 20, of 1459 Yorktown Drive, Lawrence; simple possession, DUI; charged May 22 and 29, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation, 12-month license suspension, $1,000 fine, restitution to be determined.
Frank A. Bavaro, 23, of 97 Charles St., Washington; DUI, driving with a suspended license; charged June 30, 2012; sentence – 72 hours to 6 months in jail, 12-month license suspension, $1,200 fine.
Larry Castner, 55, of 389 Steubenville Pike, Burgettstown; third offense of DUI; charged June 23, 2010; sentence – 23 months in RIPP with the first 3 months on SCRAM-X then 9 months of home monitoring, 18-month license suspension, $2,500 fine.
Kenneth J. Haskey Jr., 26, of 69 Paxton St., Washington; receiving stolen property; charged June 17, 2012; sentence – 23 months of probation, $3,000 restitution to the victim.
Johnny Hernandez Jr., 72, of 410 1/2 Second St., Monongahela; retail theft; charged Oct. 8; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Howard R. Camp, 56, of 20 Fifth St., Claysville; possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense of DUI; charged June 2, 2012; sentence – 6 to 18 months home monitoring, $1,500 fine.
Tyler G. Harrington, 29, of 2175 National Road, Scenery Hill; DUI; charged April 8, 2012; sentence – 72 hours to 6 months in jail, $1,000 fine, 12-month license suspension.
