E. Hope Beatty and Paul C. Shook had a destination wedding August 16 in Key West, Fla., on Smathers Beach and took the O-R along. The wedding party included Aaron Shook, Aleta and Mike Gregg, Linnaea, Chris, Elle, Eve and Tony Bongiorni. Stephen Carr, Hanna Kinney and their mom Cathy Cole took the O-R along to the Columbus Zoo in Ohio.

Jonathan Abbondanza of Canonsburg took the Jolly Roger and the O-R along to Presque Isle State Park in Erie. He also visited Niagra Falls.

David and Joyce Streator of Washington took the O-R along on a cruise to Bermuda.

Skip and Donna Alrutz of Washington celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary with the O-R on a cruise to the Bahamas.

Denise Taylor, Tim Taylor and Shirley Hildebrand of Washington took the O-R along while visiting several sites in Virginia, including Thomas Jefferson's Monticello, shown in the background.

Bill Margie and his best friend Harley spent a week with the O-R at Pigeon Forge, Tenn. Part of the vacation was touring the Smoky Mountain Harley Davidson store at Red Light No. 3.

Gaylord and Pat Meloy of Avella took the O-R along on their annual trip with daughter Lori Keeler of Rauchtown to the Little League World Series in Williamsport.

Kreed Rothwell, Kim Teichmann and Carol Rothwell, all of Avella, took the O-R along to Gatlinburg, Tenn. They are pictured at the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

To celebrate Joan Beddow's 80th birthday, daughters Linda Kolano, April Matthews, Amy Snyder and Deanna Warco took Joan to Charleston, S.C., in February for a long weekend. One of the places they toured, and took the O-R along with them, was Fort Sumter National Monument.

Jessie M. Wood took the O-R along to see the Pieta, located in The Grotto of the Blessed Mother in Portland, Ore., while visiting the Lusardi family in Corvallis, Ore., formerly of Washington.

South Strabane Parks & Recreation took the O-R and a group of residents to the harbor in Baltimore, Md. They visited the aquarium and took a boat ride in the harbor.

Elise and Chris Duranko flew the O-R to Okinawa, Japan, to visit their cousin Briauna, her husband Torrey and their daughter Mia Sanchez. They are standing in front of the Kuroshio Sea tank at Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium as a whale shark swims by.

Darlene and Terry Whitfield took the O-R to the California Lighthouse in Aruba. The lighthouse was named after the ship "California" which sank off the coast in 1891.

During a recent cross-country road trip to celebrate their upcoming 50th wedding anniversary, Stan and Beverly Mounts of Washington stopped to ride the cable car in San Francisco, Calif. While traveling, they visited 21 states and drove 8,000 miles.
