Michael and Robert met and became friends during Army basic training 28 years ago.

Henry Ford, Thomas Edison and Harvey Firestone visited Greene County and took the Ackley Bridge to Greenfield Village before it was detroyed. Marcy Harshman, owner of Ackley Farm for 21 years, is holding the O-R.

Steve and Rhondasue Newnham and grandson Kadyn took the O-R along in September to North Carolina Aquarium at Roanoke Island, Manteo.

Betsy Heinz of Washington and Carolyn Rendziak took the O-R along on a "daycation" to Erie. While there, they went to the top of the Bicentennial Tower overlooking Lake Erie.

Hazel Ritter took her granddaughter Heidi Chester on her first seven day cruise in the beginning of September. They left Baltimore, Md., on Carnival Pride and headed to the Eastern Carribean. They visited Grand Turk, Half Moon Cay and Freeport. They are pictured in Freeport with the O-R. The trip was a graduation present.

Members of Washington Church of Christ took the O-R along in August to Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico, to the City of Children orphanage. They spent the week working and playing with the children, as well as doing service work in the community. They built a new home for a young family. Pictured are Carla Outcalt, Brenda and Bob Bishop, Megan Parrish, Caleb Webb, Ken Armstrong, and Chloe, Ken and Blake Rogers.
