Karen Mansfield/Observer-Reporter Marilyn Franko, who died March 22, loved horses and was known for her sense of humor. She made loved ones smile with her final wish, to have her casket carried by horse-drawn carriage instead of a traditional hearse. Her funeral procession on March 27, led by a professional driver, departed First United Presbyterian Church in Houston and arrived at Oak Spring Cemetery in Canonsburg.
