Waynesburg 64, Frostburg State 61: The five three-pointers Makenna Drazich hit earlier in the game helped Waynesburg build a lead.
But after a Frostburg State second-half comeback, the most important three-pointer Drazich made came as time expired to break a tied game and give Waynesburg a 64-61 nonconference road victory over the Bobcats.
Tied at 61-61 with seconds remaining, Drazich caught and immediately released the inbound pass from Rachel Eng for the game-winner, giving Waynesburg (3-1 in the PAC, 7-4 overall) its fourth victory in five games.
The senior guard led the Yellow Jacket with 21 points, while Addy Knetzer, a Chartiers-Houston graduate, finished with 14 points after making seven of her 12 shots.
Frostburg, which trailed 38-24 at halftime, tied the game at 59-59 with 34 seconds remaining on a pair of free throws from Victoria Diggs.
Diggs tied for a team-high 16 points for Frostburg (6-5). Amanda Emory also had 16 for the Bobcats.
