Robert Marshall Uphold Jr., 52, of 411 Sherman Ave., Nemacolin, was acquitted in September on charges of drug possession and marijuana possession. An earlier story indicated Cumberland Township police alleged to have found him in possession of drugs Feb. 7, 2015, at 220 Inwood Ave., Carmichaels, but those charges were dismissed.
