The rainy weather didn’t hamper the spirit of the spectators who came out to watch the Waynesburg Christmas parade.  They stood under colorful umbrellas and lined both sides of High Street. Bystanders clapped and cheered as local high school bands played and dance groups made their way down the street. As floats and vehicle tosses out candy to the children.
