Pick-up softball
Regional co-ed pick-up softball teams will be playing at these parks: Masontown Public Park and Wana B Park in Carmichaels. Games begin Saturday, July 7. Kids and adult teams available. Practice is 9 a.m.-noon. Games begin 1 p.m. Bring own equipment and water. For more information or to register, go to Honeybee4825@atlanticbb.net. League lasts five weeks.
Golf outing
The Italian-American Cultural & Heritage Society of Washington County will hold its annual golf outing Saturday, Aug. 4 at Quicksilver Golf Club in Midway. Golf and dinner is $125.
