What is it going to take to put signal lights at the railroad crossing at Route 88 and Maple Glenn Road just outside of Fredericktown where a train and tanker collided last week?

My guess is a fatality.

The site where the truck hauling hydrochloric acid was making its delivery should not be allowed to store chemicals of any sort due to its proximity to our waterways, either. The plastic storage tanks situated about 20 feet above ground do not appear to bear hazardous material placards, nor is there sufficient dike containment in the event of a leak. fThis location that chemicals are stored should not be allowed and our agencies need to crack down on all involved in the fracking industry to stop the contamination of our water. While we are on the topic lets touch on our roads and that being rt 88 from rt 43 to the bridge at Ten Mile Creek. Water trucks are making a mess of the road and the pour example of repairs that the contractor has made so far the road is worse now than it was. Residents in our area are fed up. So to our government agencies listen to the people and correct the problem.
