Disorderly conduct: Dennis Stevens, 49, of Burgettstown pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct Jan. 24 before Distict Judge Gary Havelka. Hanover Township police filed the charge that day, according to court records.

Assault, harassment charges: McDonald Borough police charged Robin Fenk, 53, and Glenda Chappell, both of Burgettstown, with simple assault and harassment in connection with a Jan. 5 incident, according to court records. The criminal complaints were filed Jan. 25 with District Judge Gary Havelka.
