Carmichaels pushed it record in Section 1-AA to 7-0 with a 7-4 victory over Washington Saturday that wrapped up the section title.
The Mikes hold a 1 1/2-game lead over California with one game left, a home game Tuesday against Beth-Center.
Jacob Fordyce hit a triple and Gavin Pratt and Nick Rico each had a double for the Mikes.
Jared West took the loss for Wash High (1-5, 3-5).

Canon-McMillan 19, Mt. Lebanon 13
Olivia Ulam went 3-for-3 with a home run and five RBI to lead Canon-McMillan to a 19-15 victory over Mt. Lebanon Saturday in Section 1 of Class 6A.
Jenna Gorecky knocked in seven runs, four with a grand slam and three with a home run, for Mt. Lebanon and Kate Borza drove in four with two home runs.
Baldwin 11, Peters Township 0, 5 inn.
Brookelle Holby struck out 10 and did not allow a hit in an 11-0 victory over Peters Township in a Section 1 of Class 6A.
Anna Schumacher had a three-run home run and Keira Platz and Sydney Zenkovich drove in three runs each for Baldwin (3-2, 3-6).
Peters Township fell to 0-5 and 1-9.
Bentworth 20, California 6
Jessica Rothka went 4-for-5 with a home run and three RBI to power Bentworth to a Section 3AA win.
Sydney DiNardo and winning pitcher Jaclyn Tatar also had four hits. Jocelyn Babirad and Emily O’Dell drove in four runs apiece.
Makayla Boda went 3-for-4 for California (2-6, 4-10).
Bentworth fell to 3-6 and 4-8.
