The water was never unsafe to drink. We missed a reporting requirement. There was a certification letter that we had to send out that we didn’t do because we didn’t realize we had to send it out.
There were never any issues with it. There were never any problems with the water and the message specifically that the water is safe to drink it was reporting violation it wasn’t a safety issue
The message said it’s not an emergency there’s nothing you need to do. We had a reporting requirement. We did the monotoring we had a level one assessment we were suppsed to send to DEP and we didn’t do that within 30 days because we didn’t know we had to do that.
The water was never unsafe. There was nothing they needed to do. It was basically a reporting requirement.

We needed to send a report in that we didn’t relaize we had to send in.
