Properties are continuing to be torn down on Baldwin Street in Bridgeville. The borough has received a $1.2 million grant from the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) to purchase seven properties in the flood-prone area. The borough will be leaving the lots empty and create green space.
