A Halloween night luminary-lit walk will begin at the McDonald Trail Station along the Panhandle Trail Oct. 13. Treats will be provided to the first 200 children ages 11 and under. Children are encouraged to dress in their Halloween costumes for the walk. The walk will begin at 7 p.m. There is no fee for this program. Registration is appreciated and can be made by calling the Washington County Department of Parks and Recreation at 724-228-6867. The McDonald Trail Station is located at 161 South McDonald St., McDonald.
